HOW LONG DO SHIPMENTS TAKE?

Shipments are processed the day after the order and take from 24 hours to 5 working days, depending on the region.

ARE SHIPMENTS INSURED AND TRACKED?

Yes, all shipments are insured and tracked. Upon acceptance by the courier, you will receive an email with the tracking code to check the status of your shipments.

If for some reason you cannot find your email after the order has been completed, write us an emailand we'll give you the tracking code (but first check your SPAM folder, just in case).

MY ORDER IS "COMPLETED", BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET

The order is "Completed" at the time of payment if it contains only digital products, or at the time of acceptance by the courier in the case of physical products.

If you have ordered a physical product and the order is "Completed" it means that the shipment has been processed, check your email for details.

IF I BUY A PHYSICAL PRODUCT, WILL I ALSO GET THE PDF?

Yes, if you buy the product on our site you will immediately have access to the PDF, which you can find as a link in the order email or in your private area here on the site.

If you bought one of our games in another store write us an email and we will send you the PDF (but we will ask you for some proof of purchase, such as a photo of the manual).

THE PRODUCT I BOUGHT IS DAMAGED, WHAT CAN I DO?

If the package of your order has arrived damaged, before accepting it, open it in front of the courier and check the contents: if the contents are damaged, do not accept the delivery. If you accept the delivery we will not be able to take advantage of the insurance or free return.

In any case, if the product is damaged write us an email and we will see whether to refund or replace the product, according to your preferences
